When we moved to Bali we spent 100+ hours searching for our home, and we think there can be a better way:

For Renters, there should be a better option than scrolling in Facebook Groups.

For Villa Owners, there should be a better option than paying a subscription fee to list your villa on a website, with no guarantee that you will find a qualified lead.

So we are building the first rental site that makes searching Verified Listings easy, and supports locals instead of extracting from them — by giving their listings more exposure for free and only charging a small commission fee after closing, if we were helpful and they found their renter through us.

Every villa on Island Listings is verified in person by our Verification Team to be real, accurate, available, and where it says it is.

Searching for your perfect home on our site is completely free. If you find a villa you love, you pay a small fully refundable deposit to unlock your agent's contact info.

You connect with them directly to ask questions, tour, and decide on your lease term.

Once you sign a lease with any agent (through our website, or elsewhere), you just let us know - we send your full deposit back, and our team makes sure an agent doesn't pay a thing unless we got the job done for them.
